Women
If you study the new rave about HD TV it simply means that the picture your viewing will now be displayed in a higher resolution in comparison to the standard resolution you have grown accustomed to viewing. That means the picture, the image is now very detailed and you will see it without any cloudiness. That the picture is sharp and exact. I had been pondering on the many ways that I can empower women to reach this goal to redefine themselves. That this process would mean that we would give new definition to the essence of who are from the inside out. But then it dawned on me that the process by which we would attempt to redefine ourselves would be by human hands that could only achieve a certain level of perfection. But that if we would partner up with someone who specializes in spiritual makeovers. If we partner with someone who is trained in taking nothing and making it something we can now begin to delve into a level I call “High-Definition.” High-Definition for the woman of God would mean not taking the old and putting something new in to try and hide or cover the past. But we would begin to align ourselves with the Word of God and allow it to make us new in Him. The bible in the books of Matthew, Mark and Luke, repeat the following detailed truth:
It says:
And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, he pours new wine into new wineskins."
This tells us that pouring the new wine into something that is old will only deteriorate and ruin the framework even more. So before we begin to redefine ourselves we must allow the Spirit of God to make us over through the washing of the word.
Our goal is take it a step beyond the redefining process. We want to be defined with the Father in High-Definition. We want to be sharp, detailed and exact in the things He has called us to do.
Women, I challenge you to engage in this process by doing the following:
1. Begin praying and asking God to reveal those things that we need to rid our spirits of (jealous, gossip, covetousness).
2. Repent of those things that God has revealed to you
3. Thank God for his grace and mercy to forgive
4. Begin implementation of the new way of life, the new habits, and new opportunities he has for you.
