"Do not slander a servant to his master' or he will curse you, and you will pay for it" (Proverbs 30:10)
Complaining about an employee to his boss probably won't help you gain satisfaction in a situation, and will cause you trouble because you will most likely still have to deal with the employee. There is a principle in the LORD that recommends dealing directly with anyone who offends you. Better to take up the matter with the person with whom you are having the problem. You will usually clear up the problem and avoid "slandering" the person to their boss. This is wisdom.
