Love Is

"Love is patient, Love is kind ..."
Love is ordained by God
Love is the high calling,
The mission of all missions 
Oh when will I learn to love. 


Love is a journey
That has no ending
It must be steady and true 
Though storms try to rock it
No storm is able to.  


For '"love is strong as death,"
Love is triumphant 
Love can walk on the rocky waves
That Jesus walked upon 
And said, "Peace be still,
All fear cast aside."

The more we love
The brighter the flame
That lights our path to eternity 
For love is a journey - of serendipity.
