Relationship building whether it is a business or personal relationship takes trust, commitment and effective skills to be successful relationship building.

Every relationship needs to also be nurtured. I'm going to share keys to empower your relationships.

3 things your must know include:

Know who you are:

If you don't know who you are, everyone else will surely tell you.

Know God's purpose for your life:

This will give you motivation to wake up every morning with passion.

Know what your priorities are and what matters most:

Without knowing this you will reach for any and everything doing things

that do not contribute to your overall goals and dreams.

Identifying the three things listed above are essential without doing this you are working against yourself in the area of building empowered relationships.

Have you ever asked someone how they are, only to feel dumped on and all of the energy is sucked out of you? One mistake women make that automatically has a tendency to sabotage any relationship of value is being or sending off the signal or vibe that they are needy. Yes, I said needy. Women can take the question how are you for granted and dump on then receive all their problems or the prominent one at hand yielding themselves as a needy individual.

Believe me no-one wants to be on the receiving end of the whiner, complainer, the sponge. Sure as women we want to be nurturers, supporters... but ladies! We're talking about building empowered relationships and the one thing that can sabotage or tear down a relationship is to be a drainer. Now, where it concerns our husbands, coworkers, employees this is a no, no. Men are already said to be headliners when it comes to communication and the best thing to draw them away is to be needy or a whiner or complainer. Listen, I am not saying that there aren't men who are the same way, however, I'm speaking to women right now.

What do you do?

Categorize your problems. Ask yourself, is this urgent?

Can this person resolve or assist in resolving my issue?

Who is my audience? In other words who are you speaking to at that particular moment?

Am I in a committed relationship with this individual or is this a casual acquaintance?

These are just a few things to keep in mind.
