Oh my child,
abide with Me
under the shadow of My wings.
For it is there that you will
give unto Me, what I desire
the most from you – your trust.

It is there where
you will learn
to depend only in Me.
I long to wrap you
and enfold you in,
My loving kindness.

It is under My wings
where you will find
that you are still the
apple of my eye.
I will protect and defend you
as only a Father can.

It is there where
you will come to know
My mercy,
My compassion.
Your joy shall be safe
in the shelter of My wings.
