Please give witness unto the Lord,
Show that He is loved and adored;
And go no longer in the way,
That you are seeing sinners stray.

Many of them their thoughts are dark,
Not knowing God where they embark;
And their hearts have hardened like steel,
Through the way that they truly feel.

This was not the teaching of Christ,
Letting desire be enticed;
By the things here upon this earth,
But that have no spiritual worth.

If you have given ear to Him,
Then you would never feel so grim;
Knowing the day will soon be here,
When all you have heard will be clear.

Don’t allow the sun to go down,
While you are wearing a frown;
You would be putty in the hands,
By the same that darkness commands.

Let all the wrath and unkind deeds,
Be washed off by the One who bleeds;
Be kind with pity to forgive,
So you can eternally live.
