Poetry
At this moment of my life
I am teaching six books (3 Shakespearean plays and 3 novels)
I have to research countless poems and then teach it—
Other parts of the curriculum I also have to teach
I am also a single Father, raising a thirteen-year-old girl
Yet through all of this, God through His mercy has
Also given me time to write for His Glory
I am constantly busy yet God has provided a way for me to write
He has given me energy when I am tired
Clearly, I should have never written so many poems but
God through His mercy has given me strength—
I thank Him for this because He has set the end before the beginning
A single error today destroys many souls
It is the error of not having enough time—
God is in charge of time and He can find a way for us
When we think that, we have too little time
