We all have had, bad days ‘In Christ‘. The days when our accountability to the Lord is in jeopardy because a certain emotion, may have triggered us to react, not Christ like. The times just before reason gets in our minds, we react and lose sight of the example we may be setting for some lost soul who needs to know Jesus. This could be not only a verbal reaction, but a non- verbal reaction, which may have been your body language. These are the times the enemy is in full force, trying for you to lose sight of your faith in Jesus. Allowing you to question the new man Christ told you to put on. Guilt may weigh heavy upon your heart, and when it is all said and done. Instead of praying for Jesus to forgive you, and help you learn a lesson, by the way you reacted. You may decide to walk away from the situation by choosing to file it away, in the back of your memory. Christian sisters, we are to remember that we must not lose sight of the goal to grow in Christ Jesus. We must look at the situation and pray for God to show us, the lessons he is wanting us to learn. This could in fact be a moment for us, to grow in our faith and strengthen. For we are being faced with trails everyday as we walk with Jesus. We must pray for God to let us in turn forgive the one who wronged us, and also forgive ourselves for the way we reacted. Let go, get up, dust yourself off and move forwards. Grow “In Christ” and allow Him to show you the reason for the lesson. We are in fact constantly being tried everyday and our faith will be tested, but the truth of the matter is we are also growing in Christ. So press on my sisters, press on. And do not let the lessons of yesterday hinder you from the growth of tomorrow. (I pray this was a blessing for you and your walk in Christ Jesus.)

Wonderful, encouraging words - much to think about. It is SO important to give Christ the throne. Thank you for the reminder!
