Precious Pearls

Do not throw
What can’t be caught
By those who cannot see…
As pearls of wisdom
Are meant to be shared
With others carefully.

The way of the wise
Humbly recognize
That only our Lord
Can open blind eyes.

Precious pearls of wisdom
Shall then be shared
With those
Embraced by
True Light…
Teach then the Gospel
Confidently -
With joyful heart
And delight.

(Based on Matthew 7:6 and Proverbs 9:9-10)

The Spirit is ever so able to counsel ours with His Sovereign Truth and shine the light on the path to the willing heart that will receive it as manna from Heaven. May we, who confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that Jesus is our blessed Savior, be the good stewards we need to be of the treasures He gives for us to share.
