Haunt my memory
No words were spoken but we both knew
That moment when the earth stood still
You kissed my hand with such tenderness
For there was only you and me
Will we ever meet again

The music with its haunting refrain
was written first then I tried to pen the
words and the first chapter were written.
Ever so difficult to shorten the story line
to fit the music. As I read the story word
pictures were etched in my heart the
essence of how Brett felt on the magical
night when their eyes first meet BitterSweet
