Senryu

See! Her beauty and
majesty, vivid colors.
Hear! Her voice resound

Smell the salty air,
feel her texture, cold and wet.
Touch her liquid dress

See at times she is
very peaceful languor.
Suddenly! she awakes.

Hear the waves, notice
as her dress swirls around her,
as her dance becomes

a Tango. Feel her
emotions become fire.
Her mood suddenly

builds into a joyous
crescendo, full of color
paints a picture,

as the blue waves washed
upon the shore with constant
fury, her passion

grew with thunderous
applause as the waves hit
the rocks and the seawall.

As suddenly as
it began the sea became
calm, she was asleep.
