Creation

So intricate the patterns,
So delicate the shapes,
Of plants and flowers and ferns,
And trees in the landscape.

So lively the activity,
So intense the drive,
Of birds and little creatures,
All thankful to be alive.

So bold the formation,
So strong the ground,
Of mountains, flats and valleys,
The Earth on which we're found.

So wide the expanse,
So infinite the space,
Of moons and stars and planets,
And sunshine in this place.

So wonderful the body,
So beautiful and fine,
Of cells, all put together,
In intelligent design.

So faithful and devine,
So amazingly true.
The one who created it,
My God I know it's you.
