Our flag

Our country shows our flag, with pride.
Sometimes we forget, all that have died.

It waves so gently, so all can see.
Look at our country, we are free!

They come from all over the world.
To see our beauitful flag, unfurled.

Hand on your heart, when the anthem is played.
We have fought too hard, to now get betrayed.

We must never forget, the very high cost.
The paralyzed, amputees and the lives that were lost.

When you see them in uniform, Put your hand out and smile.
Say, what your doing is so worthwhile.

The flag is still waving, as the years go by.
It's always remembered, on the Fourth Of July.
