" Hold on" he replied as he put the phone down quickly. " They want me to play on Sunday because Roger has to go to a funeral".
" Nicholas, if you want to be a servant you need to be available to serve".
" I was really planning and hoping to go camping with my friends this weekend".
" A real servant doesn't choose when to serve" he said as he hugged his young friend. " It needs to be according to my schedule not yours".
" I really wanted to go camping" Nicholas replied with a big frown. " Lately, I've been feeling not good enough to serve".
" Nicholas, all I expect is the best you can do" the Creator said with a smile. " No more, no less".
" I'll be there on Sunday" Nicholas said as he picked up the phone again.
