See all the broken children,
living adult lives,
Society has let them fall,
into a world of lies.
Pierced and tattooed from within,
with no one there to guide them.
None to teach them wrong from right,
and turmoil deep inside them.
'Politically correct',
Jesus laughs out loud.
Satan’s biggest catch phrase,
to say, 'it’s all allowed.'
Bruised and battered ,'punky kids’,
pretending to be tough.
Life dictates we walk on by,
but Jesus cries,’enough’.
Love can make a difference,
Love can change a heart,
Love can heal the deepest wounds,
…………and Love demands ,
to start.

Elizabeth, this is so true! So many children have been tossed aside and don't know what love is. In their effort to try and live up to the expectations of parents and the world...they fall and then ask, "What's the use in trying?" Love has to be unconditional. The children want boundaries from REAL parents. They are lost and on their own. The children of today are being forced to grow up too quickly and are having too much shoved down their throats academically and most are leaving school without a clue as to what they are doing.Thank you for this piece and for what you are doing to help children. Very heartwrenching, this. I don't get out much to see life in reality, but I see enough on TV. It is sad to see such precious young people being so deceived and very few out there trying to point them in the right direction. So sad that they weren't steered to the right way by their parents, but they too have likely been misled by our evil, corrupt society...Helen
