Imagine yourself as a floating vessel
ever sailing with the changing tide.
There'll be high and low waters,
for the ocean, like life, is vast and wide.
The seas are rough and choppy.
Tidal waves and storms will come your way.
Have in faith in Christ and follow his Word,
he'll bring light of a cloudy day.
When the waves have all subsided
and water looks smooth like glass.
Remember the calm before the storm.
These times too, soon will pass.
Your body should be a vessel for Christ.
Our purpose is to glorify his name.
Mans' flesh is so desperately wicked,
we all deserve hells' eternal flame.
Thank God for his mercy and grace,
for his unconditional love.
I'll never forget my brokeness
I want to remember how low I was.
Without Christ, I'm capable of nothing good.
Through Jesus all things I can achieve.
Trust in God and seek only his will,
because anything is possible if we believe.
