A Line In The Sand


Remember those days when it was easy to “fit in”?
Those days are getting shorter, you need to “get in”!

Are you on the left, or are you on the right?
Are you in the middle, trying hard not to fight?

You’ll have to make a choice, Who’s the One that’s in command?
Straddling the fence won’t work, it’s time to take a stand.

Will you accept the slander about the Lord whom you love?
Will you defend and honor your Creator from above?

Are you hiding behind the mask that is transparent to the Lord?
Is your heart full of the world, or full of power from His Word?

If God said to give all you had to the fatherless and the poor,
Would you save some for yourself, or would you try to give more?
Would you sacrifice your pride to preserve your faith?
Are you concerned about what man or what God thinks?

Do you love the Lord enough to even sacrifice your life?
What about your children’s? What about your wife’s?

Nothing on this earth should replace your love for Him.
All must come second to have true peace within.

It’s time that you decide who you will take by the hand.
Because if you look closely, there’s now a line in the sand.
