Since when did God say, I think it’s time I change!

I don’t want all of your time anymore, I’m just glad you came.

It’s okay if you only show up, to sit and look real nice.

And when the word is being heard, if you have to leave, it’s okay.
After all, it was just my advice!

And after service, should someone come through, who looks a little out of place;

Just hand him the outline of when we meet, and send him on his way.

It’s okay, if when you’re wrong, you act as though you’re right.

And if you hurt a child of mine, it’s okay, you’re called to love, not like!

I know it isn’t how my Son taught you to act when He walked the earth.

You know, walking just like Him is hard, I know it takes a lot of work.

Or when I told Paul to write, “to live, one must die”

I guess I didn’t mean that one either.
Apparently I’ve changed my mind!
