I love him with all my might
He helped make it through the night
He's so glorious so bright
That I can't tarry in his sight

But he's so good that he gave me salvation
He showed me a new revalation
He's so meriful he saved my life
He ended all my bitternes and strife

I rest my soul upon him
And I sing to him his favorite hymns
Because he gave me life
And chased away the dark and dim

He's the salvation of my soul
He stirred me away from the bitter cold
He's the ruler of my heart
He brought me light and chased away the dark

I'm so forever grateful
To my heavenly maker
For sacrificing his life for me
And I thank him from sitting my spirit free
