I hear you whisper in my stillness
I feel your presence when I am alone
You carry me through my distress
Still I abandon you at times.
Your grace surrounds me when I am
Exhausted and dismal
In you, unshakable love
I will forever contain
Jesus it’s you and you only.
You unlock my eyes to your splendor
Still I falter, stumbling over your words and glorious promises
While I should be devouring your words
Radiating them in my everyday
I hear your whispers in my stillness,
I feel your presence,
Calling me to live every day in your glory.
