Requires 3 men and two women.

Scene: The backstage area of a local talent show audition. Sean is singing badly warbling a song. Ron is practicing his Tap dancing, Eva waits patiently.

Ron: (starts to dance really badly CS). Watch This.

Eva: Hmph! Who do you think you are Gregory Hines?

Sean: (Laughing) Yeah, get a load of Fred Astaire.

Eva (Joining in) Don't you mean Gene Kelly?
(Both Laugh).

Ron: What talents do either of you have?

Sean (Standing SL moves to CS. He starts to belt out an opera aria really badly). Well what did you think?

Eva: I know some dogs you can howl with.

Ron: I'd like to see you do something better.

Sean: We showed you our talents, now you have to show us yours.

(Eva walks SL and looks away)

Eva: I don't have any talent.

Ron: Really? Then why are you here?

Sean: Yeah.

Eva (moves CS and speaks) I was here for moral support. Besides I was curious what kinds of talents they were thinking of using.

Ron: I heard they have somebody who juggles spoons.

Sean:Yep! Now if you ask me, that's real talent.

(Eva looks embarrassed as she cannot think of actual talents she has).

Eva: Maybe I should leave, I really don't need to be here.

Ron (Comforting Her)Eva you might have some talent they could use. You just need to find it. Hey what about that skit you directed for the church, you might be able to use that talent for something.

Sean: You were really good at that and the congregation loved it.

Eva: That's a talent?

Ron: Sure it is. Remember what our pastor said? God uses whatever talents that we possess.

Eva (Conflicted by this): God can use my talent even if I am not that good?

Ron: The Lord wants us to pool our talent even if we don't think we have anything to give. My sister is a Sunday School teacher. Educating children is a talent that God is using through her

Sean: My brother is a Camp Counselor, that is compassion and a willingness to share with others.

Eva: I never knew. (Smiles) I guess I do have talent that God can use. My coming here was not such a bad idea after all. I am sorry I made fun of you guys, I was joking.

Sean: (Chimes in): Humor

Ron: Another talent.

(Blackout)
