two-thousand TWELVE BUSINESS?"

[NOD.]
"What about it, My precious."

Is the WORLD gonna END
in two-thousand TWELVE?"

[PATIENT SILENCE.]

(Smile big smile up at air vent.)

[DISAPROVING SHAKE OF THE
HEAD.]
"Read My Word, child."

"Is THAT where I'll FIND it?"

[NOD.]
"Yes, My beloved.
[PAUSE.]

find Everything."

(Thoughtful silence.)

[PATIENT SILENCE.]

(Turn squinty face back to air vent.)
"Hey, LORD?"

[SMILE.]
"Yes, My beloved?"

"Did YOU know the
AZTECS invented CHOCOLATE?"

[GENTLE LAUGH.]
"Yes, My beloved.
I did."
