Here I am
watching
you grow
from a
babe in
my arms
to a girl
filled with
charms.
I stand
here
praying
that your
days are
peaceful
and filled
with sunshine
and cheer
when I am
no longer
here.
My heartfelt
wish is known
by our Lord
in whom I
trust. His
existence
makes all
things
bright
and I pray
that you
too will
know His
light.
