My child,
You are hindering your own progress by putting road blocks in the way of My Spirit. Everything that does not come from the flow of My spirit is works of the flesh. The flow, only comes from your alone time with me, and works of the flesh comes forth from your uncontrolled thoughts that dart here and there.

I say to you beloved, quiet your mind, sit at My feet in My Presence, putting aside the world and its problems, put them all into My hands, and come away to the secret place where we may have a time of silence, and refreshing where I will teach you to keep you mind and heart still.

The enemy uses your thoughts to distract you from spending time with Me, he reminds you of all the things that you need to do and away you go, mind and all.


Allow only wholesome thoughts and words that edify, to come from your mouth, this too comes forth from your thoughts that run amiss. If your words do not glorify me, or do not build up another do not speak them.

Child feed on those things that will build you spiritually, for what you to sow to the spirit brings life, but what you sow to the flesh, sows spiritual death.

Time is short and there needs to be a building of the spirit, as the days coming will require great spiritual strength and stamina, as the trials will come faster and faster, and you will only endure in the spiritual strength I have given you. Do not waste it, but focus on the things that will build you up rather than tear you down. The strength you build now spiritually will be what helps you to endure in great adversity.

I see a strong will that has yet be relinquished to me. You have not arrived in the place that I would have you be as long as your will is still in your control. I cannot move in your life, when you want to be in the drivers seat. Lay down everything, place them in My hands and under the control of My spirit.

Examine yourselves are you making choices by your own thoughts or are you seeking My will in everything? Out of a submitted will comes meekness and humility, these are qualities I look for in my disciples, and are precious in My sight.

A will not under control of My spirit makes its own path, and that path leads away from the kingdom of God and onto the pathway of death.

Beloved you soul is saved when it is under My control. Your mind, will and emotions are like runaways, they are out of control when allowed the freedom to do what they want. They constitute what is called self, and self must die, that I may live victoriously in your life.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

"Not my Will but Yours be done". This is what I said, before I gave up My life, so you must give me your will.

Beloved,I have called you to be a kingdom of priests and a holy nation , but this cannot be done unless you submit everything to me, not holding back anything of yourself.

The enemy is already rejoicing over victories, he has won and if you are going to be in the battle then you need to be prepared, complete with armor. It will not be won in the flesh, it will be won in the spirit, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood.

What you are filling your spirit man with now, will determine if you will win the battle, if you are filling it with the things of the spirit you will be prepared for what ever comes. If of the flesh, you will see yourself as a grasshopper in your own eyes when adversity comes and you will not enter into the promised land.

One of the enemies tactics is to overwhelm you, this is to distract you from Me, so that he can lay further traps, but as you fill your spirit with the things of the Spirit, you will no longer see yourself as a grasshopper, but will see yourself as a spiritual giant a Goliath.

So lay it all at My feet, and begin to walk as a spiritual giant, for so I have called you to be.
