You are raised to life with Christ,
Through Him you are sacrificed;
Since you've been given rebirth,
Stop thinking of things on earth.

Think about things that are up there,
Far from the earthly despair;
Setting your heart on Heaven,
Where salvation is given.

Stop your body from control,
Of your mind and inner soul;
That is trying to keep the fires,
Lit of fleshy desires.

Throw away an evil thought,
That is wrong as Christ has taught;
As well as the type of greed,
That grows when letting it breed.

God angers if disobeyed,
Because He has been betrayed;
When it comes to judgment time,
He'll make you pay for your crime.
