Manatee Mac



There was a sea creature named Manatee Mac,
not Timmy or Jimmy not Rusty or Jack,
In fact his whole family were manatee too and
they did all the things that all manatee do.



Theyd swim in the ocean and lie in the sun.
They'd play with the otters when they came to
have fun, they'd rumble and tumble and roll in
the sand, but no one can wrestle like manatee
can.



Manatees snicker and snort when they giggle,
they jiggle like jelly, they shake and they
wiggle, they bobble and wobble they squirm
and they quake they scare off the birds with
the noises they make.




From slow moving channels and salt water bays,
where the oceans and rivers combine from both ways,
they toddle & waddle their paddle like tails,
with limbs they call flippers with three to four nails.



Their head and their face are all wrinkled and creased
a snout full with whiskers such a beautiful beast
slow moving and gentle a sight to behold,
and even can live up to sixty years old.
