Hi you all!

I believe you are enjoying a beautiful summer's day as I am in my little part of the world.
Glory be to God on High
I believe Jesus is using you to spread the word as fast as possible, if not you are not allowing Him to. CAN TWO WORK TOGETHER EXCEPT THEY AGREE?

We need to work extra hard now to let people know, because the signs are being made manifest at an alarming rate all over the world that, evil has taken a high seat in our world now.
I write this to share the Email below with all of you

I was humbled and I could not keep it within a few circle of friends that I would normally have forwarded it to

Please peruse as the deep meaning of it sinks in your spirit man

I SHARE THE EMAIL THAT I RECEIVED FROM MY BROTHER VICTOR
So that the world may know!
............................................................

It reads thus:

" AS A 6-YEAR-OLD BOY COMING TO grips with this Bible story for the first time, I had a "problem" with Jesus. I couldn't understand why He had to put back the servant's ear that was sliced off presumably by Peter during His arrest. I felt terribly let down because I was so enchanted with the personality and life exploits of Jesus that I believed He would not and could not die nor would He be arrested by lowly men. I needed a champion and I already had one in Jesus but I was let down at the last moment by His act of Divine forgiveness. If I were Him, I would have commanded the earth to open up and swallow up all My accusers, even if for a brief moment. At least I could then release myself thereafter to be crucified.
My satisfaction would have been that, "I SHOWED THEM MY POWER"!!"

.........................................................

Temptation to turn stone into bread or to save one's life daily assails the Christian.

Many of us would have acted differently from Jesus when He was tempted of the devil, if only to let the enemy know the expanse of our powers, but Jesus who owns it all, refused to be swayed by the temptation to display THE EXTENT OF His powers for all to see.

What would have been your attitude?

When He was to be baptized how come it was a lowly person like John the Baptist?

John, His cousin and a man who had no proper clothes, ate locusts and honey and was living like an outlaw, it was he who was assigned to baptize, the one in whom dwells bodily; the glory and the Holy Spirit of God!

We can only grow when we adopt the mind of Christ, place His priorities as our priorities, His desires as our desires and His values as our values.

We can only be like Christ when we refuse to exploit the powers(gifts and talents or positions of authority) that we have been blessed with, for greedy gain or vain glory.

Several of us would have been empowered by Heaven for greater exploits in the world but the prospect of innate likely abuse-of-power in our lives, may have constrained God to withhold a full dose of what He had in store for us before we were planted in our mothers' wombs, His powers may have been withheld(pity!).

Honestly? I don't get it. The opening paragraph appears to establish the topic and then it changes altogether. There was a point "A" but it didn't lead to point "B". With all due respect, it has the appearance of one who wants to write but doesn't want to work at writing. A case of "hear what I have to say" more than "I hope what I say adds something to You". The one thing we know is that our readers may listen, so to speak, but they don't always hear. The question I have is "do you really want to write?" or do you merely want a place where you can be heard? The difference is night and day and your answer will affect the way you write. Do you really want to write?
