Always when I write you see
I share a hidden part of me

Maybe writing's not the plan
Lord I just don’t understand

I can’t keep doing this in vain
It hurts inside to share the pain

They said a gift I have to share
But it doesn’t show anywhere

If this is what I am to do
Could you please see me through?

You control the paper story
Let it always show Your glory

Challenges I won’t submit
If You’re not the center of it

I guess I’ll just give up today
And write this poem to give away
