Someone took a ride during the night . Taking a back-road in hopes they would not be seen. They were on a mission to toss them all out.
They rolled their window down and quickly flung them out. They landed in the middle of the road. Two died and one survived.
It was sitting there in the dark beside it's two litter mates. Crying in the dark. Not knowing whatjust happened.
Then came a savior not knowing what he would see just ahead. One was alive but two were dead. The headlights of his truck caught a glimpse of some fur. He shook his head not understanding exactly what he just seen. Turning the truck around he thought he must go back and look again for something is waiting there for him .
The driver pulled quickly to the side of the one who didn't die. There it sits so meek and sweet looking up at him. He scoops up the kitty and brings him home.
