You are my life's direction
And I stand within Your grace
I worship and I praise You
And You shine upon my face

You teach me and You guide me
As I stand in awe of You
With faith You draw me nearer
And Your word reveals the truth

You are my life's direction
As my children learn Your ways
And realize You love them
It's Your name they always praise

They know You care about them
As they learn about You more
That You are always faithful
And in life You open doors

You are my life's direction
And you daily work in me
To build my faith and trust in You
Cause Jesus set me free

From death and the control of sin
My choices are now made
With Christ and righteousness in mind
Through You I have been saved

You are my life's direction
And Your will is in my life
If I just stand, resist and pray
You keep me out of strife

I lean on You in hard times
And I read Your divine word
Your purpose is revealed to me
In my life You are Lord
