We must be flexible
We must be guided by a principle
Paul was guided by a principle
We must be flexible

The ecclesia (church) of the New Testament times was
A church (ecclesia) in a hostile environment
The Roman government encouraged persecution throughout the whole western world
Yet Christianity triumphed and outlived its persecutors
Today the ecclesia is still persecuted but the Lord Jesus is faithful to His Word

Our Lord knew every kind of attack
That the enemy would use before time began, and
He has provided the means to obtain victory (He is the Victory)
Suffering for the Gospel is nothing new
We must be flexible; we must be guided by a principle

The Lord’s Ecclesia triumphs over its persecutors
Because the Lord is our victory
He set the end before the beginning when
He stated that the gates of hell would not prosper against it

We must be flexible
We must be guided by a principle
Paul was guided by a principle
We must be flexible
