Sometimes I wonder what am I looking for?
I admit I don’t know.
Started as just being a Christian, no smoking, and no drinking.
Still there are so many of those.

So I searched and tried to find the special one.
The one God has for me.
I pray for you every time.
Let her be the dove I set free.

Since I can’t see into the future.
I put faith and trust above.
He knows my longings and my hurts.
He will let me know when it is love.

I call your name, is it your face I see,
Every time I lie down to sleep.
I’ll give you all of my heart
trust it you will safely keep.

If I rise and fall to catch my dreams
I need your strength more than mine.
Say truthfully, “You believe in me.”
I’ll believe in you, we will stand the test of time.

I put you into God’s care.
As we journey life this quest.
If God gives you to me,
I’ll know you are the best.
