I don’t like my enemies very much
But I have been instructed to love them
My enemies don’t like me
But I have been instructed to love and pray for them

I don’t like my enemies very much
But God has given me His heart to see them in His Light and
So I pray for them because He loves them as well!
His Son died for them as well and He creates
The opportunity in my life to reveal the Light of Jesus

My enemies plot against me in secret
But I have been instructed to love them
My enemies enjoy it when I fall
But I have been instructed to pray for them

I don’t like my enemies very much
But God has given me His heart to see them in His Light and
So I pray for them because He loves them!
His Son died for them as well and He creates
The opportunity in my (our) life to reveal the Light of Jesus
I must remember that I was also an enemy of the Lord
So clearly I am not better than them
Everybody is welcome in our Father’s Kingdom, if they choose

We must treat others the way we would like to be treated
This is Kingdom policy and it pleases the Lord
The Lord will give us the eyes of discernment
So we can shed the Light of Jesus at the right time

The Lord will give us what we can handle
He will intervene when it is necessary concerning the battle
So let us be patient concerning our enemies because if
They were to change and be influenced by the Kingdom
They would be greatly used by the Lord
