Pajama Party!!!

I always enjoy inviting my friends over for a party. I am excited when mom and dad allow me to have a pajama party. I ask mom to help me prepare a few treats for my friends. Here are some of my favourite delights.


Ice Cream and Fruit Salad

Wow! I love an ice cream treat. Adding fruit salad makes it even more delicious!

You will need:
2 scopes of your favourite ice cream
¼ cup fruit juice

Your favourite fruit (depending which fruit is in season):
Grapes
Oranges
Berries
Pears

How to make it:
1. Ask an adult to help you cut the fruit into cubes.
2. Add the fruit juice to the cubed fruit and allow it to soak for about 5 minutes.
3. Put the fruit into a bowl and top it with your favourite ice cream.

Yummy and delicious, enjoy!


Chocolate Popcorn
You will need:
A bowl of popped corn
1 slab brown or white baking chocolate

How to make the treat:
1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bowl over boiling water.
2. Pour the chocolate over the popcorn and leave in the fridge to set.

Enjoy!

Variations:
You can also enjoy the popcorn with icing sugar or caramel poured over it.
