I just don't feel rested, it's like i've been up all night even though i KNOW i slept

Lord, i can't remember the last time i had a real goodnight sleep

I know, i've read it a thousand times but i just can't understand it.
Is it literal? I mean, if it is, then it doesn't make any sense.
It's like i understand you but i don't understand you. Does that make sense?

It seems so silly, like i'm being unrealistic and foolish.

Ok, i'll just read it again tonight just to make sure what exactly it is that i should do and then i'll do it.

I'm tired of not sleeping well.
It's like i'm in some kind of tense state, i don't know how to describe it.

There was a time in my life when I couldn't rest. I would lay awake all night trying to sleep but couldn't. At that time in my life the spirit of fear was on me heavily. I learned that worry and fear are connected like brother and sister. Worry is a sign that fear is present. I began to renew my mind by the word and speak God's word over my life. Everyday I quoted scriptures that dealt with fear. Now I sleep peacefully, Praise Be To God!
