Poetry
When I think of my sweet Jesus,
My heart feels safe and warm.
I have no doubt He's right beside me,
In any kind of storm.
My Jesus knows what's best for me,
My faith it will not fade.
Wherever He may lead me to,
I will not be afraid.
The path I'm on is sometimes rough,
But I will not be shaken.
For as long as I keep holding on,
My faith cannot be taken.
At times I know I fail and fall,
But Jesus picks me up.
He holds me in His loving arms,
And says, "child don't give up."
I know I don't deserve my Lord,
But He's always here with me.
I can count on my sweet Jesus,
He is wonderful to me.
