In God’s Time

In God’s time
There is a season
There is a time that He works
And it is always for a reason

Flesh cannot change flesh
It takes the Spirit to empower
To try to change yourself
Only leads to a darkened hour

Some situations we enter
Were not to have been
They have only happened
Because someone said “no” to Him

When led by My Spirit
I always give the power
I never leave you helpless
I will always send my shower

Religion always
Tries to put man in a mold
Saying that he must perform
If to be grafted into the fold

The problem is
That you have no power to change self
So all that religion does is create more bondage
And push you further back on the shelf

People already know
That they have a problem
They need someone to love and care
They need an answer as to how to solve them.
