That my body, with a high price, has been bought
And that when Jesus comes into your heart
It will totally blow your world apart
Why haven’t I followed Him for years
I could’ve saved myself so many tears

But coming, Lord, back to you
Is something you created me to do
It amazes me, Lord, that you’re willing to restore
The life of a man so beaten, broken-down, and poor

Can you tell me, Lord, how much grace it will take
To cover this mess of a life plundered with mistakes?
Just the fact that you are willing to forgive
Makes me want to change the way that I live
