When you feel like doors are being slammed in your face
When you feel like a stranger in a familiar place
When you feel like all hope is gone
When everything seems to go wrong

Jesus is the Key

When you feel like no one understands
When nothing in life goes as planned
When you're left to struggle, all by yourself
When the bills are paid, but there's no money left

Jesus is the Key

When friends turn their backs on you
When you have several bills overdue
When clouds fill a cloudy day
When you're wishing for a better way

Jesus is the Key

Jesus is the Key, for he'll answer your prayers
Turn the key, and leave your burdens there
For the key of Jesus has so much in store
The Key of Jesus will open many doors.
