Mother's message to a first time mum.
How she gave birth to her son.
Pains were furious, did she see
Love is life as it is meant to be?

Here was I, praying to the phone;
Let her know she is not alone!
I hold her in my warm caress,
Love gives life,
Therefore love we bless!

Phone call came as it had to come.
Now your daughter is a first time mum.
How those words flowed with my tears.
Tears of grace soon released my fears.

Then my eyes soon beheld her son.
Her voice said; I'm a first time mum!
I said, darling, on this birthing bed,
You've repeated every word I said.
