Remember the reason for Christmas Day,
Is not to celebrate Santa, who is on his way.
Santa cannot see everything you do.
He cannot stop time, he can not help you.
He can't fly through the air with the greatest of ease.
He doesn't come down your chimney on Christmas eve.
Christmas is not about trying to decide,
What to get Aunt Fran. Any ways what is her size?
Christmas is not for spending all of your money.
For many that topic may not be too funny.
Christmas is for ... just as it sounds,
Christ in Christmas is what should be found.
Celebrating a King that was born in the hay.
To live as a common man and save us one day.
Unlike Santa Clause, Jesus does see,
Into every heart and He knows who believes.
Watching the sky for Santa on his sleigh
Is kind of silly but, Jesus is on His way.
And Jesus can fly up, up, and away.
He proved that when he rose on the third day.
Remember that Jesus is the only true reason,
We all celebrate this joyous season!
Luke 2:9-12 An angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."
