The Prayer Warrior



Grandma knelt by the couch in her daily prayer time, at 86 yrs it got a
little hard to kneel and pray. But this battle had to be won on her knees, she fought all her battles on her knees. She prayed for the missionaries, her Pastor, her kids, grandchildren, her town. She was faithful in all she did for God. But this battle was hard, so she went into her battle plan she started to pray the word. The hard she was fought against the harder she prayed, tears running down her face she pressed on never giving up. She prayed for lost souls that needed to know about God, she knew that one soul would be coming home.

The devil tried hard to discourage her, but she called on Jesus that much more, God had promises on which she would stand on. That soul was too important, she could not give up. She prayed through the day only stopping to eat.

When she went to bed that night she knew, someone was praying for souls to be won. She could rest now her burden had lifted. She would get up again to begin her day in prayer.
