Those so choosing not to manipulate are those who choose to be patient;
It is these who will to wait, knowing desires are transient,
They’re aware of a higher Hand, and wait to see what He commands;

These who wait on Him have come to see His wisdom;
Impatience always leads to sin, followed by sin’s burden;
The patient hopes in His blessing; in His promise they are resting;

Those who simply wait to see, see the beauty of His plan,
Come to know His grace and mercy, to make them like the Son of Man;
All they see, born of His purpose; their own lives have been their witness.
