I Won’t Vote For The Lesser Of Two Evils

For a long time now I have been convicted not to support any candidate who does not have a clear and evidential alliance to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and states that publicly. Evil is evil in any degree. Since when is a little bit of sin acceptable to God? A little bit pregnant is still PREGNANT. What litmus test, other than Biblical principles and precepts, am I to apply to any candidate running for office to represent me as a Christian?

When I look at those running for office as Republicans I am sickened for the most part. I know what Democrats stand for and I know to vote for one of them is to support a satanic agenda, yet I can’t see much difference between these obvious antichristian Democrats and the Republicans who come as wolves dressed in sheep’s clothing attempting to lure my vote with a lot of political Pharisee double talk.

I have to agree with the assessment of James Dobson the Focus on the Family founder's opinion of Fred Thompson. He stated, "Isn't Thompson the candidate who is opposed to a constitutional amendment to protect marriage, believes there should be 50 different definitions of marriage in the U.S., favors McCain-Feingold, won't talk at all about what he believes, and can't speak his way out of a paper bag on the campaign trail?" (http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=57747)

Previously, in an exclusive column for WND, Dobson said he wouldn't back Rudy Giuliani because of the former New York mayor's "unapologetic" support for abortion on demand. Dobson later said he couldn't back Sen. John McCain because of the Arizona senator's opposition to a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage.

Today, I saw on my local news channel here in Virginia Beach, that Pat Robinson, a man I admire and respect, has come out in support of Giuliani. I love Pat, but I strongly rebuke him for buying into the likes of Giuliani. I am afraid many will be led astray by Pats influence. I pray God will touch Pat with the truth and lead him as in days past.

So far, I have only seen one candidate who may represent my views as a Christian and that is Ron Paul, but believe me; I will do much more research into this man before I will cast my vote for him.

I will not prostitute my vote, not ever again, for some shuck and jive smooth talking, lying, misrepresenting con man who speaks what you want to hear and delivers just the opposite like my wasted vote on George Bush. I have never felt so violated in my entire life than with this false Christian who would destroy the state of Israel and sell the solvent United States down the river to the globalist and one-world end time players. Does the name Judas mean anything to you?

I can’t change the world, but I can be responsible for my vote. This coming 2008 election will not see me voting for the lesser of two evils. I will vote for a man who will proclaim that he is a Christian and living as a Christian and that he is directly led by God in all to which he puts his hand.

Why, you say, that would be political suicide for anyone to do. Maybe, but to get my vote that is exactly what he will have to do. Well, what if there is no one out there who would dare to make a stand like that? Then I won’t vote. Someone is going to have to earn my vote! My conscience will be clear. I won’t compromise my values any more.

I fully expect the Republican Party to hedge on the moral responsibilities for which they once stood. I am afraid evil has captured all the political forerunners of both major parties. Can a long shot step up and win the hearts of the Christian voters?

David was a long shot, but he defied him who took the name of the Lord God in vain and he hurled a small stone that brought down the giant. This coming 2008 election is surely a giant that needs to be taken down. Where are you David? Will you stand up and take down this giant? My vote is for you, whoever you are. Come forward for such a time as this.
