Someone who makes me happy when I'm sad
Or makes a day turn good which started bad
To walk beside me through the darkest days
and still beside me when the sun shines its rays
Someone who listens when I cry
Concerned enough to find out why
To find an answer and make me laugh
To be my better half
To make the good inside of me come out
This to me is what a friend is about
A friend is something that I find true
A friend is what I have in you
