Playing God

Several years ago
Jesus had me on a mission
I was locked away for prayer
In spiritual warfare and intercession

This loving lady
Decided that what I was doing was wrong
She proceeded to tell me
Where she thought I did belong

I then told her
That I had no idea what God’s plan was for you
That unless the Holy Spirit gave specifics
I couldn’t know what the Lord had called her to do

She got upset
And stormed away
I didn’t see her
Till a later day

She then approached me
With sorrow in her heart
She had been praying
And the Holy Spirit showed to her a dart

She said that the Lord
Had shown her that she had been wrong
That she had been playing God over me
She had just been singing, her own song

We need to be careful
When this road we tread
We must not be so quick to judge
For playing God, puts us into satans camp instead.
