Culture and tradition has dominated some part of countries, which makes it somehow difficult for the message of good tiding to penetrate. Most communities believe in the power of their tradition from their father or mother. Some people in Africa operate in the way that suitable to their gods and darkness never disappears from them. Knowingly and unknowingly they were living in bondage and their life never moves forward. As a missionary, these make me to remember one of our outreach programs with “Youth with a mission” in Ghana. This incident occurred on the 8th of April, 2005. At our outreach location in Volta region, then we move to Worawora one of our outreach field, worawora is a town in Volta North in the region there we settle down with the people before we start our operation in that land.

The next day, we move to sub-village in the town called PAI KATANGA for mercy ministry, evangelism, children ministry. Pai Katanga is about 1hour 30minutes drive from our main location to the operation field. And the people of the village speaks Ewe,Ga,Twi languages. During our prayer session in that place around 12:00 noon while we are waiting on God to give us how to operate and divine directions, then the lord spoke to me, concerning the village and the people, the lord said, tell the team to go on prayer walk through the village tonight. So I discuss this word with the team and we both agree to go out by 9:00 pm, for one hour prayer walk through the whole land of Pai Katanga.

When it is 10:00 pm, we round up the prayer to move back to our camp in that village, but to our surprised, on our way to the camp around 10:10pm, the was an heavy rain that began, which rained till the next morning, this was around 7:00 am the next day before the rain stopped.
