As children of God we must be decisive
We must let our no, be no and our yes, be yes
There is no middle ground

We see today that in many churches
The main authority and power is the 'church board'
The leader can’t carry out God’s plan because
He is overruled in the board meeting
By controlling board members
The leader is sometimes scared of certain members
In the congregation so he would like to please the people

As leaders we must be decisive
Leaders should not live for the crowd
The leader’s wisdom comes from God

Many today would like to be pampered in the church
Leaders must not worry about their salaries
They must not fear the board members
They must be decisive because the Battle is the Lord’s
We must only be strong and courageous

As leaders we must be decisive
