Paul and Barnabas, hand in hand spreading the Good News
From Antioch to Iconium and to Lystra; they blew the trumpet
The Gentiles were glad but the Jews opposed with negative views
Governor Paulus was very keen but one wicked man was a let

Paul discerned a deceiving spirit and dealt with it
“You wicked man, you shall go blind for sometime.
Paulus was surprised as the man went blind forthwith
He lived in the dark, eluded of day light for sometime

Paulus, convicted of the power of God, believed at once
Many Gentiles and some Jews also believed; a Church was born
But the Jews kept poisoning hearts, sowing seeds of doubt and hate
Became so bad that they wanted to stone Paul and Barnabas like Stephen
So they departed to Lystra. persistent persecution, spreading the Gospel.

Opposition promotes,propels the propagation of the Gospel.

Paul begins his first missionary journey.
Acts 13:1 to Acts 14:7

28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Rom.8:28
