Our Lord knows
The pain that is felt
When one we love goes.
But Goodbye is not forever!

Though the pain seems unbearable
As if no one understands
Our Lord knows

At times it feels
Like your heart is being torn apart inside
When someone you love dies.
Our Lord knows!

Our loss is shared
By a Lord who cares
but who also knows
that goodbye is not forever!

So call on Him
He'll hold you close
Go ahead and cry
Our Lord knows why.

It's love that overtakes us
shakes us
moves us
and breaks us...

Our Lord knows it all!
Afterall..it was that same love
That moved Him
To offer us His Son.
And it was that same love
That moved Him to die for us..

So WE can know..


Goodbye is not forever.
